Celie Thomas, M.Ed, MHt  and Steve Saunders, M.Ed are retired school counselors who have decades of experience helping adults and youth navigate their life journeys. Unlike a Counselor or Psychotherapist, the Life Coach begins where the client is and navigates the journey toward a successful future rather than dwelling on the past. Sessions are results-oriented as client and coach work together to develop goals and strategies uniquely suited to the individual.  The assumption of the Life Coach is that the client possesses a rich and deep reservoir of knowledge, interests, experiences, strengths and capabilities and the answers lie within. The job of the coach is to help the client discover and strategically apply these personal treasures with confidence and optimism until success is inevitable. Celie Thomas combines her coaching skills with master level hypnotherapy training and experience, also based upon the assumption that the client’s own inner wisdom can be accessed toward the goal of life balance and inner peace.
