Our small group personal training classes are intense but FUN and are a mix of full body strength & weight training, cardiovascular conditioning, HIIT (high intensity interval training), core strengthening, agility and mobility training all in one! They are designed to get your heart rate up quickly, get your metabolism burning fat and your body building muscle for hours, even after you’ve finished your workout.
We keep it fun and upbeat with great music and passionate motivating trainers! Yes, you’ll be working hard and TRAINING STRONG, but you’ll be working alongside men and women who are all there for the same goal! The workouts are different every day and designed to work each part of your body throughout the week so you won’t over train OR get bored!
